I found this gem of a storage facility, when I urgently needed storage space, WITH after-hours access. Do you know how difficult that is to find??? Their pricing for the size of store room is very reasonable. The admin part when signing up is quick with no fuss. Everyone I met at Incase are friendly and very helpful. Access is via an app and it is very convenient. Here is the thing.... even on a Sunday, I forgot my phone at home, standing at the gate I contacted the Chantell on my wife's phone and without any complaints, she opened for us to get in. Bravo on the quality of service!!

I received an excellent service from Josephine!!! She was professional on the phone and when I met her in person at the premises. The premises have good safety measures in place and the prices are reasonable.. what more can one ask for? Nothing!! I took occupation for my goods right away. I recommend In-Case Storage!!
