Illegal Substances

Any illegal substances, illegal items, goods illegally obtained, or unsafe goods.

Anything that may damage the storage unit in any way whatsoever.

Food or perishable goods, unless approved by the lessor in writing, and provided that such goods are protected from and do not attract vermin.

Combustible, flammable, explosive, or oxidizing materials, liquids, or gases including any item which emits any fumes, smells or odours.

Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, or other components that may make up something hazardous or dangerous.

Chemicals, compressed gases, radioactive materials, biological agents, waste materials, asbestos, pollutants, toxic or hazardous materials, contaminated goods, or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature.

High Value Items

Any item of high value requiring specialist storage including, but not limited to, jewellery, money, bullion, deeds, bonds, securities, stamps, antiques, fine art or fine wines, or items which are irreplaceable, such as works of art and items of personal sentimental value.

Convenient 7 Day Pre-Booking

For your convenience, you can make your reservation up to 7 days before your move-in date, and are able to reserve as many units as you like. When reserving a unit, we will hold your selected unit size for 48 hours, in order to give you time to complete your booking process. There’s no obligation, and you can change or cancel your reservation at any time.
